| Who is the GILD? |
| In 1997, a group of concerned Chicago-area residents
came together to improve the quality of life for family members, friends,
neighbors and business associates who are afflicted by digestive, liver
and nutritional diseases. They formed a volunteer organization called the
Gastrointestinal and Liver Disease (GILD) Council, whose activities directly
support the work of faculty physicians at the University of Illinois Medical

| Why did they establish the Green Ribbon Motorcycle Rally? |
Over the last 10 years, state budget cuts have dramatically
decreased state funding for the UIC's Digestive Disease and Liver Center.
With the help of individuals, corporations and organizations, the GILD Council
established the Chicago Green Ribbon Motorcycle Rally as a fundraising effort
for UIC.

| What is the Green Ribbon Motorcycle Rally? |
It's the first-ever warm-weather Chicago motorcycle rally. Motorcycle enthusiasts gather from the Chicagoland area to display their prized machines and enjoy live music, food, family entertainment and raffles. In 2007, more than 800 Riders attended the Chicago Green Ribbon Motorcycle Rally, which raised over $50,000 for the UIC Medical Center.

| Where is the 2008 Green Ribbon Motorcycle Rally? |
| "NEW DIRECTION." Riders can start from one of five locations and enjoy a Scenic Ride to the final destination - Kendall County Fair. The ride will take you through much of the western suburbs. Scenic Ride participants will also be eligible for a special raffle gift. |

| When is the 2008 Green Ribbon Ride Motorcycle Rally? |
| Saturday, June 7, 2008. First bikes will start the rides at 9:30 a.m. from five Chicagoland
locations. Gates will open at
Kendall County Fair at 11:00 a.m. |

| How do I register? |
| Register by mail by using our printable
on-line form, provide the information requested and follow the mailing
instructions. You can also register the day of the event. |

| How much is the registration fee? |
(Per Person)
$25 - Day of Event, $20 - Pre-registration
$20 - Clubs/Groups of 10 or more |

| How do I become a Green Ribbon VIP? |
| Make a donation of $100 or more and receive an event T-Shirt, Commemorative Lapel Pin, Free Meal and Entry for you and a passenger. This offer is limited to the first 100 pre-registered VIP's. |

| What do I get in my Club Disount? |
| Pre-Register 10 or more riders and receive a 20% CLUB
DISCOUNT and compete for the Club Attendance Award! |

| Can I register the day of the event? |
| Yes. You can register at any of the five starting
points or the rally site, Kendall County Fair. We will accept credit
cards, cash or checks the day of the event and you will have to fill out
an entry form. The cost event day is $25. |

| By participating in the Chicago Green Ribbon Rally, you are
helping raise money and awareness of advances in the diagnosis and treatment
of digestive, liver and nutritional diseases. The UIF
GILD* supports this ongoing research. Your contributions go a long way
to funding this research. |

| The rally destination is Kendall County Fair in Yorkville,
IL. Gates will open 11:00am and the event will run
to 5 pm. |

| Do I have to participate in the ride to attend the rally? |
| No. You can head straight to
Kendall County Fair and register there to join in the festivities and fun. Gates open
at 11am. |

| What goes on at the Green Ribbon Motorcycle Rally? |
| Join us and you'll enjoy live music, food, beer and pop, a custom bike show, classic car show, door prizes, fishbowl raffles, award ceremony and more! This year a Special Celebrity Appearance will be made by George Wendt! |
